Essay final of Stage Three
Our ELL class went to visit museum of art couple of days ago. There I saw a many different kinds of arts done the famous artists of 18th century. I saw a many different kinds of arts but A sunday on la grande jatte is only the one that i am attracted too. I would like to describe in detail about the art that I liked.
The art named A sunday on la grande jatte was done by the one of the famous artist of 18th century named Georges-Pierre Seurat. " Georges-Pierre Seurat was born in 2 December 1859 – 29 March 1891 was a French painter and draftsman.Seurat was born into a wealthy family in Paris. His father, Antoine Chrysostom Seurat, was a legal official and a native of Champagne; his mother, Ernestine Faivre, was Parisian. Georges Seurat first studied art with Justin Lequiene, a sculptor. Seurat attended the École des Beaux-Arts in 1878 and 1879. After a year of service at Brest Military Academy, he returned to Paris in 1880. He shared a small studio on the Left Bank with two student friends before moving to a studio of his own. For the next two years he devoted himself to mastering the art of black and white drawing. He spent 1883 on his first major painting — a huge canvas titled Bathers at Asnières".

When I saw this art. It immediately made me remember when I was back in Nepal. We went to have a picnics on the park. On that days the temperature was pretty hot around 100 degree. We all were sweating on that days. All of our body were full of sweat. The park that we went is near the embankment of river. It made me remember during the summer in Nepal. Temperature is really hot. Sometimes temperature goes up to 120 degree. And at those time I use to go to the park and sleep in the green grass.
The flames of fire on the art make me remember, when we were cooking food. We were cooking food in the firewood on that day. And the extreme flame of fire had surrounded all the parks. I often go to visit the park in the United States also because we can see lots of people from different country. I always entertained with the variety of different things when I go to the park. I enjoy learning different culture, custom, tradition, and background of different people in the parks.
Over all the painting I choose this painting as my favorite because It all about the doing fun in the parks. It make me remember of those day when we went to picnic on the park near by embankment. I mostly like this arts because it is exactly to those place that I went use to
go entertain during the summer when I was back in Nepal.

Narrative
When I was in Nepal. I had thought that United State was an advanced developed Country. I never thought that in United state, I would see the small villages and giant buildings whose outer-walls were covered with rustling bricks.
I was excited to see the United State when I departed from Nepal. I came to Chicago in early 2008. The U.S. and Chicago wasn’t exactly that like I had thought. I didn’t see anything different in the type of house I had seen in Nepal. Despite the fact that the United State has many tall buildings. I visited the downtown Chicago.I spent couple of hours on internet researching about cities of united state.
Suburb
Chicago is the most civilized and populated city in the United State. But in most of the Suburban
areas. There is less development. Occasionally I went to visit the suburbs. I felt like I was in Nepal. The houses were so small and far apart. Most of the people who lived in suburbs still need to drive 10 to 15 minutes to get to the grocery stores to buy food stuffs and or any-other things. This wasn't exactly that I had thought. I had thought the entire United States is equally developed. But in reality it wasn't because rural area is less developed and urban area are more developed.
URBAN
Major invention and discoveries occurred in United States. I had thought is "american educational system" is the most advanced in the world. But when I came here I know realize that all inventions came from hard work and not from the Educational System.
And my new belief is that American have a ordinary housing system for the residence and my new belief in Educational system is, if you work hard and do well in your exam. You will have good future.

Second Anniversary of my Blogging
Informally, I have been blogging since I arrived in United State despite of blogging in different sites. I have some basic knowledge of Computer. It has been my huge enthusiasm in designing website and learning about structure of HTML/JAVA-SCRIPT. I want to be a superior top web designer in future and from Now I am practicing lot about that. I use to spend most of the weekend searching different JAVA-SCRIPT code and doing testimonial of It. Everyone, Who is interested in becoming Web-Designer should have good knowledge in Math and Science and It is really important to take math and science during high school. Math is necessarily needed to create a calculator, clocks and stuff related to math via Codes to exhibit in website while Science is necessary because Computer is invented by Scientist and it is necessary to know what combination of HTML code will display What in Website. Every website is formed by a combination HTML and JAVA-SCRIPT Code. Like Example if you post this code
into your post content. It will ask the name and welcome your every single website visitors.

Weekend
I didn't do anything expect hanging out with computer during weekend. On Saturday I learned to type in Nepali Keyboard layout whole days. I had only learned to type in English Keyboard so, it seemed pretty much difficult to be expert in typing in my native language. English have a combination of letter to form a words or sentences but in Nepali we have different Matra(symbol) to form a particular word. Example chu is written as (चु) in Nepali. च(ca) is a regular constant word in Nepali plus matra(symbol)( ु) equal to chu. It is really difficult to looking at Roman keyboard and typing in Nepali. It took lot of time to predict where the particular symbol is located at, but had hoped I will be perfect in typing in Nepali after 1 month.

Bhutan is a smallest landlocked country in the south Asia. It has two supreme ethnic groups.
Besides, many other ethnicities, the so-called Drukpas who resemble the Tibetan culture reside in northern Bhutan. They hold the political power to rule the state. Bhutan has a autocracy. The other dominant ethnic group who resides in the southern foothills resembles Nepali culture. Both of these groups of people had been living in Bhutan for the same period of time. They equally sacrificed as much as they could for the welfare of the nation. They are rich in their respective cultural values. They are proud of their own ritual, rites and cultural entities. They respect each other without biasing.
Unfortunately, in 1988 the monarch, Jigme Singye Wangchuk Proclaimed a skeptic and bias national policy. The policy in course of time shattered the peaceful, harmonious and congenial unity, trust and mutual brotherhood between the northerners and the southerners. The government used the rhetorics to create myths to draw the line of separation between the twin brothers. This bred hatred, suspicion and malignity between the brothers. The slogan of policy was "one nation one People"
It sounds superficially superb. It seemed to bring the multi-ethnic residents of Bhutan into a common platform. Denotatively, it said united we stand, divided we fall. Connotatively, it had multifaceted ill motives. Obviously, it had been a clever design to evict all ethnicities and their cultural assets except that of the ruling class. As Socrates says that every man is born with equal innate perceptive power and intelligence. The southerners could no longer remain subservient and suppressed. They reacted to the king, of course, peacefully. Let me quote some evidences to justify my statement...
First and foremost, the government imposed common code of national dress. It is the traditional dress of the ruling class. The government ignored the consent of the diverse ethnicities. The southerners could not give up their own traditional costume.
Secondly, the government imposed Dzongkha, the dialect of the ruling class, to be the official language. Every one was forced to communicate in Dzongkha. All official documentations had to be done in Dzongkha. The southerners loved and respected Dzongkha, but, they loved their own language, Nepali, more.Until 1988 both Nepali and Dzongkha were included in the classroom curriculum. After 1988 Nepali was banned in the schools. All Nepali textbooks were burned down into ashes in the eyes of the Nepali students. This attitude of the government badly hurt the sentiments of the southerners. Most southerners could not communicate effectively in Dzongkha. Many school kids had to quit studies due to the lack of their competence in Dzongkha. The standards of judgment and evaluation were discriminatory, too.
Thirdly, Nepali speaking students were hardly granted abroad scholarship for any professional studies. They were deprived of the opportunities to attain professional degree in the fields of their interests. This narrowed minded governmental approach accumulated frustration and sense of disrespect in the Nepali speaking students in the colleges. Not only this but also the government officials of Nepali origin who were the heads of the offices were replaced by the ones from the ruling class irrespective of their academic qualification, work skills, efficiency and proficiency. The qualified and able Nepali origin officials lost their patience to be disgraced by the ruthless monarchical government.Fourthly, Nepali origin Bhutanese in the south have their own popular festivals and rituals. They have their own standards to worship and celebrate their festivals. Until 1988 the government used to declare official holidays in the south during the period of these festivals. After 1988 the government stopped government holidays on the occasions. The national holidays have been declared only on the festivals and auspicious occasions of that of the ruling class.
